Honored to capture Passport DC at the Korean Cultural Center, a highlight of Washington DC’s global cultural festival. Thousands immersed themselves in authentic Korean traditions, music, and art — the energy was electric from the start. Guests enjoyed traditional games like ddakji and jegi, spotlighted by Squid Game, while the stage featured dynamic samulnori drumming and vibrant K-pop dance. Moments like these show how powerful photography is in preserving culture and connecting communities. Grateful to share these stories through my lens.
